    再溅了一裤腿的糊糊后,我第一个芝士蛋糕入烤箱了,不知道80分钟后会怎样Sarcastic
     
    考到半个点儿时发现,表面裂了大口子,赶紧上网查原因,原来是烤箱的温度设高了,唉,卖相是没了,只能寄托于味道了Embarrassed
     
    等待......
     
    终于烤好了,除了卖相不太好,味道还是不错 滴,避开口子切块,显摆一下下Wink

    是在烤盘里加上水,但是,我查加水是为了防止表面裂开,可我烤的还是裂开了。
    我用的温度是接近150度,是不是温度的原因,不明了。
